One thing is for sure. Magicians love restaurants. Could it be their love for food and the culinary arts? Could it be their love of social interaction when dining with friends? It could be, but I think magicians mostly love to perform at restaurants.
What a wonderful venue to go from table to table and entertain eager magic-loving guests, and even not-so-magic-loving guests! One great thing that has come about in recent years are magic-themed restaurants where it is required to have a magician or two up their figurative sleeves.
One thing I would like to see is a nice tongue-in-cheek menu from which you could pick such items:
